Eslam SharifPerformance Marketer · Giza, Egypt

I'm Eslam, a performance marketer who started as a graphic designer. I build the whole growth engine for brands, from online stores to companies that need leads: the site, the tracking, the ads and the creative.

6+yrs

running paid ads and e-commerce for local and international brands

At Okra I helped a small workshop grow into a factory with a showroom: I built the Shopify store, the brand identity and every campaign behind that growth. I bring the same hands-on approach to every brand I work with.

Websites

Three stores, each built around how its buyer shops: the challenge, what I built, and why it works.

An abaya label from Qatar, where the clothes do the talking

The challenge
Atelier-39 makes modern abayas in Qatar, blending Arabian heritage with modern fashion. A Gulf buyer at this level judges the cut and the fabric before anything else, and an ordinary store template would have made the pieces look ordinary too.
What I built
A quiet Shopify storefront, built with Ammar: a full-bleed editorial photo, a two-item menu, new arrivals with the price under every piece, prices in Qatari riyals with a currency switch for buyers across the Gulf, and almost no copy.
Why it works
Premium is mostly what you leave out. With few words and a lot of white space nothing competes with the photo, and a price shown plainly next to each piece reads as confidence.

A diaper-bag brand in Egypt, built for mothers shopping on their phones

The challenge
Lequeen sells diaper bags, strollers and baby carriers to mothers in Egypt, mostly through ads and content from real customers. The buyer is a busy mom on her phone, choosing between generations of the same bag.
What I built
A Shopify store laid out the way she compares: collections by generation and type (Classic, 7th and 8th generation, sets, shoulder bags, carriers), the bag's practical benefits around it (waterproof, multi-pocket, easy to clean), lifestyle banners, and the free-shipping offer on every page. Under it, the Meta Pixel with server-side and custom events, so remarketing knows what each visitor looked at.
Why it works
Mothers buy on trust and on details. Real customers' content earns the trust; the store's job is to answer the practical questions fast, and to remember who looked so the ads can follow up.

A multi-brand men's bag store in Egypt, built for paid traffic

The challenge
ATA sells men's bags from five brands: Bange, Tigernu, Meinaili, N-Elegance and CoolBell. Visitors arrive from ads with one need (a laptop backpack, a gym bag, a sling) and land among dozens of similar black bags.
What I built
A Shopify store that sorts by brand and by use: a menu by type (backpacks, leather bags, sleeves, gym, crossbody, wallets, bundles), collection tiles by use, sale prices against the original, best sellers with reviews, an "As seen on TikTok" row that brings the ads' videos into the store, and a WhatsApp line for wholesale orders at the top.
Why it works
Paid traffic arrives with one intent, and every extra tap wastes part of the click. The TikTok row carries on the story the visitor came in on: one story from the ad to the checkout.

How I work

The same four steps on every account, in this order, because each one depends on the one before it.

  1. 01

    Audit, tracking first

Before I touch a campaign, I check that the pixel, your site and GA4 count the same orders or leads. Most accounts are optimizing on numbers that are wrong, and nobody has noticed.

You get: the three fixes costing you the most

  2. 02

    Rules before spend

The structure, the budget per test and the stop, keep and scale rules are written down before launch, from your account's own numbers. No decision is made on a good or a bad day.

You get: a written plan you can read

  3. 03

    Test angles, not audiences

Each ad set tests one creative angle on a broad audience. The creative does the targeting: Meta finds the buyers from what the ad says.

You get: winners picked by results, not likes

  4. 04

    Scale on real results

Budget follows real paid orders or qualified leads, not the dashboard, and grows in steps so the account doesn't fall back into learning.

You get: a weekly report on real numbers

Audit

Not sure where your ad money goes? Start here: two hours on your account, and you leave knowing what to fix first.

Questions

What brands usually ask before we talk.

What ad budget do you work with?

Most of my work fits brands spending $500 a month or more on ads. Below that, I'll tell you honestly whether ads are the right next step or whether the site needs work first.

Which markets do you work in?

I've run campaigns in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Jordan, Libya, the USA and Canada, in Arabic and in English.

Do you only work with online stores?

No. Three of my five case studies are lead generation: a study-abroad company, an international school and a B2B production house. For stores, the ads and the tracking work the same on Shopify, WooCommerce, Zid or Salla.

Do you guarantee results?

No one honest can promise a ROAS before seeing the account. What I commit to is the method: numbers you can trust, rules written before spending, and decisions you can see the reason for.

How do we start?

A free 30-minute call on your real numbers. We check whether your tracking counts your real orders or leads and where the money leaks, and you leave with three fixes, whether we work together or not.
